Technical Supplier / Purchased Parts Management

We monitor maturity levels, conduct start-up, technical, and commitment discussions, and validate technical offers and schedules. Additionally, we recommend and assess component optimization measures based on the respective manufacturing process, ensure the commissioned capacities and personnel for ramp-up and series production, and deploy task forces for bottleneck and crisis management.
