Hybrid working

Whether from home, in nature or in a co-working space: we think location-independent and offer our employees the opportunity to work from all over Germany (predominantly/as needed). The personal level

If we are impressed with your abilities, we will invite you to a second interview. This will give us an opportunity to get to know each other even better on a personal level. At this interview, we will ask questions relating to areas such as behavioural integrity, personal values and collaboration. This time, the representatives from the specialist department will also be joined by colleagues from human resources.
