Digital Factory Structure

We develop digital methods and standards and support the introduction of new applications within the Group to enable future-oriented planning in the digital factory structure. With deep expertise, we provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for key applications in operation and offer complete data management service packages for digital factory structure planning within the Volkswagen Group.

Process-based Assurance

With digital 3D master models, we create transparency across all project phases: we analyze factory structures, detect collisions at an early stage, and thus increase planning reliability. As a strategic partner within the Volkswagen Group, we support structural projects with high-precision 3D scans, the creation of layout and planning data, and the alignment of as-built data – enabling a seamless connection between planning and reality.
