As a strategic development partner, we help shape the automation standards of tomorrow on behalf of our customers – including standard development in PLC programming according to VASS 6 & 7, LS 4, Siemens (S7, TIA), IEC 61131-3 (CodeSys, Phoenix, Beckhoff), and HMI systems (Siemens, Zenon, Intouch). We also offer services focused on electrical hardware design (EPLAN) as well as media and pneumatic planning in accordance with corporate specifications. Shopfloor IT

We connect production and IT – right at the heart of operations. Our solutions combine automation technology with intelligent data processing: from vehicle identification (e.g. RFID, ID-PLC) and component installation verification to build status documentation and worker information systems. Screwing Technology

Complex screwdriving processes in production – from body shop and assembly to battery manufacturing – require the highest levels of precision and coordination. We handle the complete planning and implementation of standardized screwdriving technology: from concept development and setup to final acceptance. Our team supports EC handheld screwdrivers, manual and automated screwdriving systems, and also masters demanding areas such as the “marriage” station. We coordinate hardware, software, commissioning, and performance testing – ensuring stable operations and top quality in process reliability.

Conveyor Technology

We provide comprehensive support for complex conveyor technology projects – from the initial idea through tendering and layout planning to implementation. Our team coordinates schedules, construction sites, and interfaces efficiently and purposefully. With a clear understanding of production structures and manufacturing layouts, we lay the foundation for smooth operations and sustainable success in production.
