The powertrain covers the entire process chain – from axle pre-assembly to chassis installation. With a focus on high-voltage systems, we expand this area to include forward-looking topics such as battery, module, and cell production. In doing so, body construction and assembly meet new requirements such as technical cleanliness, emergency concepts, and the highest safety standards. At the end of the production line, every detail counts. In the end-of-line area, we plan and optimize the testing and finish process – ensuring that every vehicle leaves the plant in perfect condition. Our services include the procurement, installation, and commissioning of state-of-the-art test benches and systems – for precise chassis and headlight adjustments, calibration of driver assistance systems (ADAS), roller testing, and comprehensive leak checks.

Logistics Technology – Efficiency Begins with Planning

We plan special load carriers, sequencing trolleys, and handling equipment – tailored, efficient, and future-proof. Together with our customers, we support new vehicle projects from the initial kick-off to the handover of operating equipment to the user. We rely on close collaboration, clear communication, and the highest planning reliability. We work confidently with all common IT systems – from CATIA and CONNECT to LISON and KVS. In close coordination with suppliers, we create precise schedules and track them using the delivery lot tracking system – ensuring maximum schedule adherence and delivery quality.

We design efficient, future-proof logistics processes – from the initial idea to successful implementation. Our focus is on planning well-thought-out layouts, optimal space utilization, intelligent parts supply, and smooth material flows.
